Magical Girl

We forget about the journey of magical girls and here is the space in which I explore everything related to kawaii, harajuku, anime, and everything pink.

Battle Mage - Magical Girl

Inspired by my love of Anime Magical Girls, this facet of my writing and style represents my Kawaii (Japanese for “Cute”) lifestyle. I admire Ultra Femme aesthetics, the color pink, and magic. From Sailor Moon to Sanrio this part of me is 100% invested in being Kawaii and Fierce.

Kawaii City: Road to Katsucon

Katsucon is right around the corner, and every day I see a post with someone planning their cosplay or style line ups. This will be my first full convention weekend and I’m startled (shook, taken aback and etc.) I’ve been preparing for Katsucon and the Jfashion show that I will model Sweet Bitz attire in. I’m excited but I’m also nervous. I told my family I would model, and my brother joked saying, “If you trip on stage don’t come home” and I’m like…well this is a bad time to have Mulan as my favorite Disney Princess. How is an introverted cactus writer supposed to Leo it up on stage properly? Where are the books and guides to Jfashion modeling and poses?

Despite my internal panic, I’m hype. This kawaii quarter (January – April) I’ve been boosting up my accessories. My jewelry armoire is actually bustling with kawaii energy. Which brings me back to the Jfashion show Saturday at Katsucon! I am so stoked to not only be representing Sweet Bitz, but UnResAttic & Collared by Rose! Here is a sneak peak at my Accessory additions brought to you by UnResAttic. I can’t wait to tell you about this experience at Katsucon. If you see me give me a quick hi, but try not to startle me I know for a fact I’ll be a bundle of nerves.
