Leo Insight: Chaos of Longing
The poetic craft really put a spell on me. I felt the longing and the grief as one experience. Their words speak to a time in my life that was focused on emotionally absent dating and experimentation. I would recommend this book for people who are helping from sexual experiences, for college age readers, and for those who cannot put to words how they relate to another’s human being in intimacy. It’s a fresh read for sexual and intimate experiences that aren’t always positive. Take this book home with you and let it wrap you in longing and understanding of intimacy.

“Sardonic, sometimes lewd and filled with obscenities, #relatable is the writing debut of American author Marquita Norwood. This book is a brief collection of witticisms and observations that can connect to the cheeky cynic in all of us. Marquita explores dating, sex, mental illness and many aspects of day-to-day living with her unique, comedic voice. Finding humor in life and the things we despise, often makes it that much richer. “
My Review: I had one of the worst weeks of my life but this book, this anthology of prose and wisdom brought me back up and I am so grateful I had the chance to read it. It's certainly relatable and I'm floored at how many screenshots I added to my snap chat cause little quirks in her writing made me laugh and chuckle. It's a great light read and it's easy to return to whatever passage you need to get through a rough millennial day.
Sailor Moon Pins
